Missions Launch

This will be a trekking trip in the breathtaking Himalayan mountains that combines medical outreach with church-planting, evangelism and discipleship. Team Nepal will be strategically working with our GI contact in areas where the Gospel has very little presence. There will be conditioning requirements to join the team, but medical background is not required – only specific members will need this verification.

Join us in Kenya as we share the Gospel of Jesus Christ in the beautiful East African country of Kenya. Teams will get the privilege and opportunity to pour into the local church though street evangelism, youth discipleship, kids outreach, and community development. Team Members will also get the opportunity to do church planting in the surrounding areas where Islam is developing. Come to Kenya and help our contact advance the Kingdom of God and destroy the work of the enemy. Kenya is a beautiful country full of incredible wildlife, but more than that it is a country full of beautiful men and women of God. Partner with us to reach Kenya.

Journey to the Land of the Pharaohs to bring the Good News of Jesus Christ. Once in-country, there are a variety of outreaches that allow us to show the love of God to our Muslim brothers and sisters. We frequently engage in teaching and training, discipleship, widow’s ministry, outreach to people living in a trash cities and ministering to refugees from both Syria and Sudan.

Our team will fly to El Paso, Texas where our Global Infusion missionaries and contact will pick you up at the airport and drive you across the border into Mexico. You will then journey deep into the Sierra Madre mountains of Chihuahua, Mexico to Guachochi. There, you will begin work with the Tarahumara people group, a largely unreached and unengaged people. Each day you will be involved in village ministry. Going village to village preaching the Gospel, doing children's ministry, music ministry and taking resources. Many new churches are being built throughout the mountains, with small congregations being birthed. The area is full of possibilities for many types of outreach. Tarahumara Indians are a beautiful, humble people group that live removed from modern society. Over 80 percent of the men have been affected by alcoholism and that leaves the women and children at great risk for violence and trafficking.

Park West Church has sent mission teams and missionaries to the country of Guatemala for many years, and the fruit of our efforts are quite visible. As a result of evangelism, discipleship, conferences feeding and medical outreaches, kids ministry, and leadership development, we have seen several churches planted, a Christian school grow and flourish, and thousands of lives reached for Jesus Christ. Our 2023 trip will largely be composed of our PW Students, medical personnel and other leaders.

Poland is a country that is steeped in religion. Although the dominant religion there is Catholic, the vast majority of religious practice and adherence is purely religious and not salvific. Less than 1% of the population is Protestant. Join GI in 2023 as we send a another team, partner with Christian nationals and help encourage the Church and grow it. We will be involved in evangelism, discipleship (covering various topics), and children’s ministry.

Team members going to Japan will be traveling to the capital of Japan. While this country is rich in culture and beauty, it lacks one major thing, Christ. Christianity in Japan is about 1.5 to 2 percent of the population. There is a great need in this country. Teams will be doing several different forms of ministry alongside our contacts. The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few. Join us in Japan to advance the Kingdom of God through focused evangelism, small groups, services, discipleship, and worship ministry.

Evangelism is a strong focus of this trip. Global Infusion has multiple ministry locations, and as a result, there are various opportunities to reach people with the love of God through methods such as street-witnessing, working with girls who have been victimized by the sex-industry, or teaching English, just to name a few. Our contact is planting churches in the heart of Bangkok and the surrounding area. Instead of focusing on growing one central church, he is planting several churches within each region to bring church to the people instead of them having to come to one area. There will also be a possibility of reaching out to those who make the “nightlife” industry happen and to the women who are victims of it.

The Costa Rica team will travel to a remote community to minister on a banana plantation where impoverished Costa Ricans and immigrants from Nicaragua come to find work. They will also have the opportunity to minister in the city streets of Costa Rica by leading a variety of outreaches to the different demographics of people within various communities where our contact has an ongoing ministry presence. This will be done through women’s ministry, street evangelism, services, and kids ministry.
